DISCLAIMER

If a customer makes a reservation for the same day as their flight or less than 12 hours in advance, Airport Limo CT cannot guarantee a booking or the availability of vehicles. To ensure that a product is available, we strongly advise clients to SMS or call (860)329-2445. If Airport Limo does not provide any of the transportation services as promised, we will not be held liable for any losses our customers may suffer.
Additionally, neither inside nor outside the car, Airport Limo CT is responsible for any personal items that the customer leaves behind. We can attempt to find the item for you if you do leave something in your car, so please give our office a call as soon as possible. For any damages, whether intentional or unintentional, that they or any party members may cause to the car while they are riding, the client assumes full financial responsibility. For domestic flights, travelers should anticipate waiting 30 minutes after arriving at the airport until takeoff. It is recommended that travelers give themselves a minimum of sixty minutes to clear customs and immigration upon arriving from their foreign trip.


NO SHOW
Any situation that results in your noncompliance with the necessary cancellation policy, including missed, canceled, or diverted passenger flights or trains, is not our responsibility. The ride will be considered a no-show and will be disregarded if you do not notify us of any delays or cancellations and if we are unable to get in touch with the registered contact person even after waiting for fifteen minutes from the picked-up time. A no-show fee, which is equal to the full trip rate plus all extra charges, may arise, so please make sure you arrive on time at the agreed-upon pick-up spot or notify us of any changes to your Airport Limo Airports arrangement.


CREDIT CARD POLICY
In order to expedite the pre-approval procedure for credit card payments, clients must supply the card data beforehand. It's not the cash for the trip; this is only a request to prevent fraud. When using a credit or debit card to make a reservation, a pre-payment equal to 150% of the advertised rate is charged to the card in order to guarantee the projected total, which includes trip fees, parking, tolls, gratuities, extra stops, extra time, and an off-peak discount. Upon computation of the complete fare for the provided New Jersey Limo Service, the remaining balance is released.


LUGGAGE POLICY
No more than four adult passengers and three pieces of normal luggage can fit in an Airport Limo CT sedan or luxury sedan; however, our SUV can fit up to six passengers and six pieces of standard luggage. When making a reservation, the customer accepts the cars' maximum passenger capacity and agrees to keep it to that limit. In the event that the client does not adhere to the predetermined limit, Airport Limo CT maintains the right to end the journey without providing a refund.


PRIVACY POLICY
Airport Limo CT makes sure that the privacy of its clients is upheld and protected. All personal information that is registered with us or given to us is used exclusively for billing and reservation needs; it is never shared, exchanged, or sold to outside parties. In order to give our clients the best Limo Service possible, we also use the most recent encrypted secure servers for our payment gateways. This ensures that there is no fraud, identity theft, or duplication. USD is used for all transactions.
