If my flight is early or late, how will the driver know?

We track all flights, and our internal system automatically alerts us when a flight isn’t runningon schedule.

Where do I meet my driver at the airport?

Two options for meeting your driver at the airport:

1. Meet and greet airport pick-up Driver will park his vehicle and meet you inside of the airport terminal. He will beholding a sign with the passenger’s name so that he/she is easily identifiable.

2. Express airport pick-up The chauffeur will pick you up outside the terminal instead of parking and meeting you inside. Express pick-ups are perfect for clients who favor a faster exit from the airport and avoid parking fees as well.1. When you have obtained your luggage and are ready to be picked up please call the driver and inform he/she of your terminal number or airport location.2. The driver will be waiting at the limousine holding lot, to pull up to a terminal door or pick-up area. The driver will inform you the type of vehicle he/she is picking you up in.

What should I do if I don’t see my chauffeur?

Unfortunately, if you do not see your Airport Limo CT driver, please contact our office at (860)788-5777. Our team is available at all hours and will assist you in locating your driver.

Is the office open 24/7?

Our reservation office is open 24/7. Please feel free to call us at anytime and we will be happy to answer your questions.

How do I cancel or change a reservation?

Cancellations and changes are accepted by phone only. To view our cancellation policies please view our standard policies.

Do you provide car seats for children?

We provide car seats upon request. Please inform us at the time of reservation.

Will the driver help me with my bags?

Yes, the chauffeur will gladly assist you with your luggage.

Do you provide beverages?

We offer complimentary water on all trips. Additional snack and beverages can be added for an
additional cost. Please inform us at the time of reservation.

Is smoking permitted in any of your vehicles?

All of our vehicles are smoke-free and at no time is smoking permitted.

How much luggage can fit in your vehicles?

Sedan: 4 Large
SUV: 6 Large
Sprinter Van: 14 Large

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payments: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Cash. If you are paying cash, please hand this over to the driver after the trip is completed.

Can you provide transportation in other parts of the country or world?

Yes, we have an international network of partners which allows us to arrange ground transportation for you anywhere in the world.
